While unexpected delays (like customs) can happen, we promise to watch over its journey and get it to your hands as swiftly as possible. ✨

Every keepsake needs a little time to be prepared for its long voyage. Once your piece has completed its processing phase (2 business days for standard items, or 3-10 business days for customized pieces), we’ll send your international tracking number via email the moment it ships.

Before your purchase: If you are unsure about your measurement, we highly recommend checking the Size Guide right next to the size options. It’s the easiest way to ensure a flawless fit before we begin handcrafting your piece.

If you’ve received your item and found that you accidentally ordered the wrong size: Don’t worry! To make sure your favorite piece doesn't go to waste, we’ve prepared a few flexible options for you:

• If it feels a bit too large: A quick and clever fix loved by many in our community is using a clear silicone adjuster (which works beautifully for both rings and bracelets, and can be easily found on platforms like Amazon). It sits discreetly inside the band, adjusting the size perfectly while providing a secure, comfortable grip against your skin so your piece never slips off. Alternatively, if you prefer a fresh start, you are welcome to return it within 30 days—as long as it is free of engraving and damage. Simply contact support@dearhunterstudio.com with a photo of the item to initiate the process (please note that return shipping will be yours to handle).

• If it feels too snug: If the piece is too tight to wear comfortably, we’d be more than happy to help you arrange a return so you can re-order your perfect fit. As long as the item remains unengraved and undamaged, just drop us an email at support@dearhunterstudio.com with a photo of the piece within 30 days (please note that return shipping will be yours to handle). 🤍

We want you to feel nothing but joy when you open your parcel. If for any reason it doesn’t feel right, you are more than welcome to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted under only two circumstances: if the item has sustained damage after delivery, or if it features custom engraving (unless there is a quality issue). While every single one of our pieces is meticulously handcrafted to order, we want you to shop with absolute peace of mind—therefore, as long as it is free of engraving and damage, we are happy to support your return.
