Our jewelry is finished with multiple layers of platinum/white gold plating to help keep it bright, durable, and less likely to oxidize, darken, or fade.

Under normal wear, it is not easy to fade or turn your skin green. To protect the finish, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, exercising, swimming, or using perfume and skincare products.

With proper care, your piece can stay beautiful for years. And for extra peace of mind, we provide a one-year warranty. If the plating wears off within one year, you can send it back to us and we will re-plate it for free.

Before your purchase: If you are unsure about your measurement, we highly recommend checking the Size Guide right next to the size options. It’s the easiest way to ensure a flawless fit before we begin handcrafting your piece.

If you’ve received your item and the size isn't quite right: Don’t worry! We want to make sure your piece doesn't go to waste. Here is what you can do:

• A quick fix for pieces slightly too large: Many in our community love using a clear silicone adjuster (which works beautifully for both rings and bracelets, and can be easily found on platforms like Amazon). It sits discreetly inside the band or bracelet, adjusting the size perfectly while keeping your piece secure and comfortable.

• Return and reorder: Whether it feels too large or too snug, you are more than welcome to return it for a fresh start! As long as the item is unengraved and undamaged, we are happy to support your return within 30 days. For specific steps, please refer to the "Can I return my order?" We want you to feel nothing but joy when you open your parcel. If for any reason it doesn’t feel right, you are more than welcome to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted under only two circumstances: if the item has sustained damage after delivery, or if it features custom engraving (unless there is a quality issue). While every single one of our pieces is meticulously handcrafted to order, we want you to shop with absolute peace of mind—therefore, as long as it is free of engraving and damage, we are happy to support your return.

Every keepsake needs a little time to be prepared for its long voyage. Once your piece has completed its processing phase (2 business days for standard items, or 3-10 business days for customized pieces), we’ll send your international tracking number via email the moment it ships.
